This book answers critical questions concerning both men and women regarding the balance of testosterone and estrogen. Its importance for women lies in proper metabolism of estradiol. For men involved in a plan of muscular development or fat loss, the dose of Diindolylmethane DIM should be increased to 400 to 500 mg per day.”
