What is HGH?

THE STUDY THAT BROUGHT HGH TO THE FOREFRONT OF ANTI-AGING THERAPY

In 1985, the Journal of American Geriatrics Society published a new theory about aging by Dr. Daniel Rudman, a endocrinologist from Madison, Wisconsin about aging. Dr. Rudman’s theory was based on many years of research as well as extensive clinical experiments and research. He clearly stated in his article that a deficiency of HGH was responsible for human aging not an inevitable natural phenomenon. Dr. Rudman further stated that the pituitary gland, when stimulated with HGH, could recover its function of delivering HGH to the body again. He concluded that his discovery stops the aging process and turns back the aging process to the adolescent years. Dr. Rudman tested his theory with 26 males aged 61 to 80. Half of the men received HGH injections three times a week for a six month period.

Without changing their diet, exercise or smoking habits, the men lost on average 14% of body fat while gaining an average of 8.8% lean muscle within six months. The study group also showed an increase in bone density and an improvement in skin texture. The control group in this study which received no HGH, by contrast, experienced no changes or improvement in any area. Dr. Rudman relates the improvements to a reversal of the aging process by 10-20 years.
